Green Hydrogen
4.5 GW+ Power-to-X Development
A landmark 4.5 GW+ integrated Power-to-X development in the Sultanate of Oman, jointly developed with Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners and Blue Power Partners, representing one of the region’s most significant green hydrogen developments.
The project combines utility-scale solar and wind generation with advanced electrolysis technology to produce approximately 210,000 tonnes of green hydrogen annually. Designed to leverage Oman’s exceptional renewable energy resources, strategic geographic location, and established export infrastructure, the project will contribute to the country’s ambition of becoming a global hub for green hydrogen production and export.

Utility-Scale Solar + Battery Energy Storage
500 MW Solar PV + 100 MWh BESS
A 500 MW utility-scale Solar PV project integrated with a 100 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) in the Ibri region of Oman, jointly developed with Masdar, Korea Midland Power Co., Ltd., and OQ Alternative Energy. The project is among Oman’s first large-scale renewable energy facilities to incorporate battery energy storage, enhancing grid stability, improving renewable energy integration, and supporting the country’s clean energy transition.

120 MW Wind Project
A 120 MW utility-scale wind power project in the Jalan Bani Bu Ali region of Oman, jointly developed with EDF power solutions and OQ Alternative Energy. The project harnesses Oman’s strong wind resources to deliver clean, reliable electricity to the national grid, supporting the Sultanate’s renewable energy targets and long-term energy diversification strategy.

- 16 wind turbines at 7.7 MW each, totaling 120 MW
- Construction starting in Q3 2026; grid connection targeted for Q3 2027
